arts festival (2024)
with the challenge to celebrate the patron saint of music, st cecilia, in a floral display for a local arts festival, I chose long-lasting seasonal blooms that brought out the colours in the wooden organ casing. I created and incorporated delicate paper flowers made with sheet music, as well as a score of Handel’s Messiah.
